Welcome and happy 2012 to everyone. What a great start to the year as viewings begin to pick up and offers start rolling in. Some are low ball offers, never the less, it is not where we start but where we finish that counts! We have already begun to do BIG business this year thank God and we plan on doing more….lots and lots more. We are continually getting stronger as a company and despite everything working against us, we have learned to dominate the market and succeed. Bring on 2012!

Simply because everything looks better and more cheery. We also NEED HOUSES TO SELL ASAP as a lot of our stock was successfully SOLD in 2011.
If you are looking to buy don’t be left on the fence! The “experts” predict that the property market will bottom out in 2013 but by then prices will already have begun to rise again (though slowly)! Vendors expectations too will rise and there will be more buyers on the market competing for the best house at the best price. So don’t forget there are some great deals to be had here and now.
